Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Omar has been collecting comics since the age of 8.  Immediately, Omar fell in love with the Incredible Hulk, which went on to be his favorite comic book character. Throughout high-school and college Omar avidly collected comics hoping to one day create his own superhero. It was not until moving to New York City for medical school, that Omar began to explore his dream of one day creating his very own comic book. This dream soon became a reality when, by chance, he came across a webpage for Sajad Shah's cover art on the CGC forums. After befriending Sajad, Omar began the journey of Zindan and the rest in history.

Alonso Espinoza

Conceived from the union of an egg cell and a pixel, Alonso never imagined the world without color. The greatest discovery in his childhood was the books full of images, where he found a warm and peaceful place for the growth of his imagination. Born an as artist, graduated in Advertising and working like Graphic Designer for several years, he finally decided to follow his original talent, mixing the art and the digital knowledge. Nowadays he's working mostly in comics coloring, but graphic design and photoillustration are part of his skills too.  You can find some of his creations in works for clients like Retroactive Records, Bombworks Records, Imágica Ediciones, Kingstone Comics, Abyssmal Entertainment, DC Comics (like color assistant), Frog the What Games, Wizuale S.C., and many more.

Sabine Rich

Sabine Rich hails from France and is a self taught artist that has worked in a variety of fields, most recent of which is within the comic book industry. She does the colors for JP Roth’s Ancient Dreams and Southern Nightgown and is drawing and coloring a comic written by JP Roth called Theory of Magic, about fairies and magic. Sabine also does cover colors for Aspen, Zenescope, BlueRainbow, Lady Death and others. Sabine is a recent addition to the Zindan team, and has completed all the majestic coloring for the cover of Book 0: Homeless along with numerous conceptual and finalized characters from the Zindan franchise.

JL Straw

JL Straw, aka Jane, has been working in comics since 2008. From 2009-2010 she was artist on the graphic novel, The Young Sherlock Holmes Adventures; a steampunk take on the famous detective, created by Hayena Studios and published in 2010 by Markosia.

Early in 2012, Jane started focusing on inking as her specialty in comics and in 2014-15 inked two biographical comics on George Lucas and George Harrison, for Storm Entertainment (at the time, Bluewater Comics), both published in 2015.

From 2012 to 2015, she also worked for a comic book publisher called Medikidz, as Senior Art Editor working with 47 comic artists on well over 100 of their titles.

She is currently working on her own comic series called SH while continuing to freelance as a comic inker and artist.

SAJAD SHAH

Born in Miami FL, Sajad began drawing at very young age. His love for Saturday morning cartoons compelled him to grab a pencil and paper and mimic what he loved. Throughout his younger years, his skills developed and comic book art became a passion. As a self taught artist, Sajad began to post his work online. Shortly thereafter, Sajad was contacted by the CEO of Hound Comics and began illustrating the title “Brimstone & the BorderHounds,” which was his first published work. Sajad is now a successful comic book artist with over 50,000 fans on his Facebook page.

Adelso Corona was born and raised in Queens, NY and is a penciller/inker/finisher currently based out of Coral Springs, Florida. His work has been published in the pages of several titles by Marvel, DC, Image, Zenescope, Boom Studios, Moonstone and Contraband Comics. Most recently his inks and finishes can be seen on titles such as Brigade over Rob Liefeld and Blindside with Marat Mychaels. Adelso is the inker of Zindan, and is working with Sajad Shah and Alonso Espinoza to bring the reader into the world of The Last Ansaars through some stunning visuals. Past credits include Deadpool Corps, Hawk & Dove, Deathstroke, Grifter, Youngblood, Brigade, The Infinite, Blindside, Notti & Nyce vs Zombies, Grimm Fairy Tales, Sleepy Hollow, Code Red, Tales of Oz, Farscape and The Phantom.

 

Jesshavok

 JessHavok is a veteran graphic artist, doing everything from comic title-logo design, drawing manga, to painting realism. Jess's main focus being comic lettering and coloring: Having worked on 100+ published comic books, graphic novels and 3 films.  Such titles include "Zindan: The Last Ansaars", "My Gentle Giant", NBC's "Hannibal: Artbook", "Gates of Midnight" and "Acheron: Dark-Hunter" to name a few.

Jess graduated Westwood College with honors in 2011, earning a bachelor's majoring in Game Art & Design, applying those skills to the comic industry for the last 11 years. Jess's work has been featured nationwide in various conventions, panels and red carpet events (such as NY Comic Con, and Etheria Film Night).

SAMUEL COUTURE

Samuel Couture

Born in Montreal, Samuel Couture is a young freelance illustrator/concept artist and art school student. 
After completing a bachelor degree in Psychology in 2014, Samuel decided to devote himself to his true passion and he is now studying concept art at Syn Studio Art School in Montreal.

Fascinated by video games, comic books, fantasy and history from a young age, he is constantly influenced by those subjects. Continually working hard to improve his traditionnal and digital skills, Samuel always had a keen interest in design and creation, especially landscapes and characters. Samuel is now designing landscapes for  "Zindan: The Last Ansaars"

Pasquale Qualano

Comic artist, sculptor, lecturer at “Scuola di Fumetto Salerno” class 1974, Pasquale Qualano has collaborated with different production houses both Italian and abroad. His productions include Marvel (She-hulk), The One (GG Studio) promotional campaign for Tim Sport. Pasquale has also worked as a cover and interior artist for Zenescope Entertainment, Moonstone, Lady Death Universe,  Aspen Comics, Red Giant Entertainment, and for DC Comics on Harley Quinn Road Trip. He is the newest addition to the Zindan team as penciler for Zindan Issue #2: Exodus.
